For Realtors


Realtors can list a home with a selection of pricing. There is a Monthly plan or a VIP plan. The Monthly plan lists a home for one month at a time and is geared for Realtors who are either starting or have limited advertising. The VIP plan provides additional benefits for each listing and for the Realtor. Rates are locked in for the specified contract length. It also guarantees availability in the show for VIP listings. Since the show sells out during peak months, VIP's can be assured that their listings will be able to air as long as they maintain the same number of listings each month. A minimum of 1 listing is reserved in the show for VIP's.

Monthly Listings


Realtors can place listings on the show as a monthly order. Listings run for 4 weeks (7 days a week, 2 times a day which equals 56 runs). Upon ordering, the Home Center Network sets up a Realtor file with address information, phone numbers, and agent photo. The price of each listing includes basic production of 1 photo of the house, script, voice over, graphics, and agent photo. Extra photos up to 3 interior shots are available for an extra cost of $40/month.

The VIP Program


We at Home Center Network are pleased to offer Realtors our VIP Program. The VIP Program gives you the cost savings you need to get the most out of your marketing efforts. The Home Center Network puts the Power of Television to work for you! VIP Realtors receive the following EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS:
  • Free full screen four picture ads (a $40 value)
  • Free ad changes (a $25 value each)
  • $10 off when you place 3 or more listings at the same time
  • "See on tv" yard signs for each listing
  • Free links to your website and/or email from our website
  • Free graffiti advertising with a 1 year contract.


    • The VIP Program requires a signed contract available in 6- and 12-month lengths. You must maintain at least one ad on the show EVERY four weeks and have your check card or credit card number (American Express/Visa/Master Card/Discover) on file for payment. In lieu of a listing, you may run a video business card once per show at the same rate as a listing. Production costs on video business cards are waived for VIP Members only.
