Home Center Network is a local cable TV program that features real estate for sale, along with related services and products. The primary emphasis is on individual real estate agents, and their listings, in 30 second TV ads. Also featured are ads for builders, developers, subdivisions, and Realtors who represent them. Ads for home-related services, such as, home inspectors, mortgage companies, home-improvement contractors, and other, are also a part of the show. The program, as you can see is mostly advertising, but people watch it because people like to look at houses! It also includes information and features related to the local real estate market.
Home Center Network is on Comcast Cable channel 49 from 9am to 11:30am, and 9pm to 11:30pm, everyday, 7 days a week. It goes into 375,000 households in the 8 counties of Middle Tennessee.
The objective of Home Center Network is to provide TV advertising for the Real Estate industry that is local, cost-effective, focused, results-oriented, and yet, tied into an overall marketing campaign available to each individual advertiser. In other words, it is more than a TV show.
